Patek Philippe Watch Art Grand Exhibition Milan 2026 Limited Editions (headlined by ref. 5978P-010)
To mark its seventh Watch Art Grand Exhibition, held in Milan from October 2-18, 2026, Patek Philippe unveiled seven limited-edition watches reserved for the Italian market, each caseback-stamped "Patek Philippe Milano 2026." The showstopper is the platinum Calatrava Chronograph Instantaneous Perpetual Calendar ref. 5978P-010, limited to 120 pieces, which for the first time combines the manually wound CH 29-535 chronograph with an instantaneous perpetual calendar. The set also includes two Calatrava variants, a steel Aquanaut, and two cloisonné-enamel World Time Minute Repeaters depicting a map of Milan.
